The Brief
Plantd had a loyal base, great formulas, and all the right values but their product labels were bursting with too much info (in two languages), and their visual identity was fading into the background. On shelves and online, they lacked punch.
How We Broke It Down
Every breakthrough starts with our process: discovering the brand’s S.O.U.L to truly grasp the challenge and dismantle any barriers in the way.
See: The design blended in, instead of standing out in a sea of “natural” sameness.
Offer: The labels were doing too much. Customers were saying all the right things Plantd just wasn’t saying them back.
Understand: The brand had soul, but it wasn’t giving people a way to connect beyond using the cream.
Live: In-store, it got lost. Online, it felt scattered. The brand needed structure and spark.

We amped up the brand’s confidence. Then we sprinkled in a little AR magic.

THE SOLUTION
The Build
Plantd’s new look started on the label but didn’t stop there:
We stripped back the noise and simplified the design, giving the packaging space to breathe and letting the product’s personality shine through.
We added seal stickers on top of each jar, each featuring real customer quotes, so happy users got to be part of the product.
Then came the fun part: a dynamic QR code that launched a custom AR experience.
Just scan, and your bottle becomes a mini garden—ingredients bloom from the label, and users can tap through to learn about each one in an interactive way.
No need for endless label reprints, the QR stays, and the backend evolves. That’s beauty with brains.
We wrapped the whole thing up with:
A full sales manifesto (yes, with pretty mockups and brand rules)
A video demo showing the AR in action
And a content-ready visual identity that cleaned up their digital presence, especially on
Instagram, where the before-and-after was night and day.
THE RESULT
The Impact
– Distributors got excited, finally, something fresh and future-facing in the natural skincare aisle
– The AR experience was a hit at the launch popup, turning casual interest into deep curiosity
